High Precision Grinding Machine

The PCG230S-CNC is a universal high-precision CNC cylindrical grinder for diversified OD grinding. Castings use aged, high-strength cast iron made by the resin-sand process for excellent vibration absorption, and all guideway faces are hand-scraped for long-term accuracy. The workhead offers between-centers and chuck grinding modes, driven by a Japanese servo motor (0–1000 r/min) on original NSK bearings. With FANUC 0i-TF PLUS control and high-resolution scales it achieves roundness ≤0.0005 mm and Ra0.2 μm — ideal for volume production of motor shafts, gear shafts and steering components.
