PSG1050-A

The PSG1050-A high-precision surface grinding machine features a symmetric main structure for excellent thermal stability, keeping geometric accuracy stable as temperatures change. Its PSG-A control system supports manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic grinding with closed-loop control on both vertical and cross feed axes. Dual-V + double-flat symmetric guideways, a full line of standard equipment and a 0.0001 mm (0.1 μm) minimum setting unit make it ideal for precision flat grinding of molds, dies and precision components.
